To be eligible to enter and win the Mercury Enter to Win an Outboard Giveaway (the “Giveaway”), you must: (a) be a legal Canadian resident (excluding Quebec: Quebec residents not eligible); (b) have reached the age of majority in your province or territory of residence as of the Entry Period and (c) reside in Canada as of the Entry Period. In addition, you must own a boat (must be registered in the entrants or spouses or common laws partners name) that is suitable for the safe installation and operation of the selected engine (between 2.5HP and 300HP), as further explained in the official rules.

Avator 7.5e “Power Up” Retail Promotion available October 14, 2024 - December 31, 2024. All Avator 7.5e kits are eligible for a spare (additional) 1KWH battery – more than a $1,400 retail value! This additional 1KWH battery (8M6010612) will be sent directly to the consumer at No Charge when their 7.5e kit is registered. All eligible 7.5e kits must be registered to the consumer. Registrations must be received by January 15, 2025. Please allow 4-6 weeks for shipping. Excludes Avator 20e/35e, government, donations, as well as motors sold for commercial, camp or resort applications, guide and outfitter registrations. Sales/registrations outside Canada are excluded.
