Offer valid July 1, 2024, through August 31, 2024, at participating Mercury Authorized Dealers. All Mercury Racing, Diesel, government, and donations as well as engines sold for commercial, camp or resort applications, guide and outfitter registrations, CPO, V12 engines, Avator, and sales/registrations outside the United States are excluded. Also excludes any non-U.S. resident or address outside of the U.S. Units must be manufactured in current calendar year or 4 immediately preceding calendar years. Excludes sales from non-authorized dealers. Backorders do not qualify. Units eligible are limited to available new stock in dealer inventory. Offer void where restricted or otherwise prohibited by law.

Additional Program Details

All 7.5e Kit retail sales must be completed between July 10, 2024, and September 3 2024. Registrations must be submitted by September 17, 2024. Eligible Avator 7.5e kits are 7.5ESH, 7.5ESRC, 7.5ELH, 7.5ELRC, 7.5EXLH and 7.5EXLRC. An additional 230W charger will be sent directly to the consumer at no charge when their 7.5e kit is registered. 7.5e kits must be registered to the consumer. Please allow 4-6 weeks for shipping. Exclusions include Avator 20e/35e, government, donations, as well as motors sold for commercial, camp or resort applications, guide and outfitter registrations. Sales/registrations outside the United States are excluded. Also excludes any non-U.S. resident or address outside of the U.S. Excludes sales from non-authorized dealers. Backorders do not qualify. Motors originally sold to a Boatbuilder are also excluded.  Motors on the Angling or Sponsorship program do not qualify. Units eligible are limited to available new stock in dealer inventory. Eligibility:

To be eligible to enter and win you must be: (a) a legal U.S. resident (excluding Puerto Rico, U.S. territories and possessions); (b) 18 years or older as of the Entry Period and (c) reside in the United States as of the Entry Period. Employees, officers and directors of Mercury Marine (“Sponsor”), Brunswick and Mercury Marine dealers and their respective parents, subsidiaries, licensees, agencies and affiliates and members of the immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings, children and their spouses and in-laws) and persons living in the same household (whether related or not) of such individuals are not eligible. This Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
