Help extend the life of hard-working marine diesel engines with Mercury SAE 15W-40 Heavy Duty Diesel Engine Oil. Offering better protection than standard fleet oils, Heavy Duty Diesel Engine Oil provides a superior defense against corrosion and wear. The marine-specific formula controls soot, deposits and oil thickening while helping to prevent sludge and varnish build-up. This oil is for use in Mercury/MerCruiser non-TDI diesel engines and 3.0L V6 VM diesel applications. It can also be used in Volvo VDS, Caterpillar CD/TO-2, Cummins, Detroit Diesel and other diesel engines. It meets or exceeds API CH-4/CF-4/SJ standards.
