LAW. This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Facebook. By entering, you understand that you are providing your information to Sponsor, and not to Instagram or Facebook.

By entering, all participants agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Official Rules”).

Sponsor: Mercury Marine Limited, a division of Brunswick Corporation, 8698 Escarpment Way, Milton, ON L9T 0M1, Canada (“Sponsor”).

Eligibility: To be eligible to enter and win the Mercury Win a New Outboard Giveaway (the “Giveaway”), you must: (a) be a legal Canadian resident; (b) have reached the age of majority in your province or territory of residence as of the Entry Period and (c) reside in Canada as of the Entry Period. In addition, you must own a boat (must be registered in the entrants or spouses or common laws partners name) that is suitable for the safe installation and operation of the selected engine (between 2.5HP and 300HP), as further explained below. Employees, officers and directors, agents and representatives of Sponsor, Brunswick Corporation, parent companies, advertising or promotional sponsors, dealers, the suppliers of material, legal advisors, prizes and services related to the Giveaway, and any other stakeholder directly related to the holding of the Giveaway and their respective parents, subsidiaries, licensees, agencies and affiliates and members of the immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings, children and their spouses and in-laws) and persons living in the same household (whether related or not) of such individuals (collectively, the “Giveaway Parties”).are not eligible. This Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Entry Period: All entries must be received between 12:01 a.m. U.S. Central Time (CT) on October 1, 2025 and 11:59 p.m. CT on March 31, 2026 (the “Entry Period”).

How To Enter: No purchase necessary. To enter, an eligible participant must: (i) access and complete the online entry form using one (1) of the methods set out below (the “Entry Form”) with all required information; and (ii) signify their agreement that they have read, understood and agree to be legally bound by and comply with these Official Rules. Once the Entry Form has been completed and submitted in accordance with these Official Rules, the eligible participant will earn one (1) entry (the “Entry”) into the Giveaway. To be eligible, an Entry must be submitted and received in accordance with these Official Rules within the Entry Period.

There are four (4) ways to access the Entry Form to receive an Entry into the Giveaway: During the Entry Period, the Entry Form can be accessed as follows:

1.     Mercury Website. Eligible entrants can enter by completing the webform on Mercury Marines website, available at mercurymarine.com/enter-now;

2.     QR Code. Eligible entrants can enter by scanning the QR code and completing the webform on the Giveaway landing page during the Entry Period;

3.     Facebook. Eligible entrants can enter through Sponsor’s Facebook, locating the Giveaway post, and following instructions provided therein for completing the webform; OR,

4.     Instagram. Eligible entrants can enter through Sponsor’s Instagram, locating the Giveaway post, and

following instructions provided therein for completing the webform.

Limit one Entry per person. Multiple Entries from the same person will be disqualified. For greater certainty, you can only use one (1) email address to enter the Giveaway. If it is discovered by the Sponsor (using any evidence or other information made available to or otherwise discovered by the Sponsor) that any person has attempted to use multiple names, multiple identities, multiple email addresses, any automated, macro, script, robotic or other system(s) or program(s), and/or any other means not in keeping with the Sponsor’s interpretation of the letter and spirit of these Official Rules to enter or otherwise participate in or to disrupt this Giveaway; then they may be disqualified from the Giveaway in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor.

The name of the person submitting the Giveaway Entry must be the name of the person who owns the email account; otherwise, the Entry may be deemed void.

All Entries and participants are subject to verification at any time and for any reason. In the event of dispute over the identity of a potential winner, online entries will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the email account submitted at the time of entry. The potential winner may, in the Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion, be required to provide identification (in a form acceptable to the Sponsor – including, without limitation, government issued photo identification): (i) for the purposes of showing that he/she is the authorized account holder of the email account; (ii) for the purposes of verifying the eligibility and/or legitimacy of any Entry and/or other information entered (or purportedly entered) for the purposes of this Giveaway; and/or (iii) for any other reason the Sponsor deems necessary, in its sole and absolute discretion, for the purposes of administering this Giveaway in accordance with the Sponsor’s interpretation of the letter and spirit of these Official Rules.

It is solely the responsibility of the entrant to notify the Sponsor in writing if the entrant changes his or her email account during the Giveaway Period. The Giveaway Parties are not responsible for, and accept no liability whatsoever in relation to, any late, lost, misdirected, delayed, incomplete or incompatible Entries (all of which are void).

Every Entry submission must be manually keystroked and manually entered by the individual entrant; automated and/or repetitive electronic submission of entries (including but not limited to entries made using any script, macro, bot or sweepstakes service) will be disqualified and transmissions from these or related email or IP addresses may be blocked.

Prize, Winner, Selection & Odds: There is one (1) prize available to be won, consisting of one (1) Mercury Outboard 2.5HP-300HP engine (excluding all Verado brand engines and all Avator and electric engines) and reasonably necessary installation costs by an authorized Mercury Marine dealer. Please see below for details on engine selection.

Approximate retail value (the “ARV”) of the Prize depends on the type of boat owned by the selected winner and the applicable engine size possible to be installed on such boat as follows:

Outboard engine range of 2.5HP-30HP ARV is between $1,385 CAD and $9,209 CAD Outboard engine range of 40HP-150HP ARV is between $13,205 CAD and $32,450 CAD Outboard engine range of 175HP-300HP ARV is between $40,550 CAD and $57,040 CAD

On April 14, 2026 (the “Selection Date”) at 10 a.m. CT, one (1) eligible Entry, from among all eligible Entries received, will be randomly selected by draw to win the Prize. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible Entries received.

NO ONE IS A WINNER UNLESS AND UNTIL THE SPONSOR OFFICIALLY CONFIRMS THEM AS

THE WINNER IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE OFFICIAL RULES. BEFORE BEING DECLARED AS A

CONFIRMED PRIZE WINNER, the selected entrant will be notified by email communication within five (5) business days of the Selection Date. In order to be declared a winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question (without mechanical aid or assistance) that will be asked following the selection. The selected entrant may, in the Sponsor’s sole discretion, be asked to execute an Acknowledgement of Eligibility, Waiver and Release of Liability, Privacy Consent, and Publicity Release (the “Release”).

Winner will have ten (10) days to reply to the email, correctly answer the mathematical skill-testing question, return the properly executed Release, and any other Giveaway documents that the Sponsor may require, and claim the Prize. If the selected entrant: (i) fails complete the foregoing steps, accept (or is unwilling to accept) the Prize (as awarded) for any reason and/or is determined to be in violation of these Official Rules (all as determined by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion); then the potential winner be disqualified (and will forfeit all rights to the Prize) and the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion and time permitting, to randomly select an alternate potential winner for Prize in accordance with these Official Rules (in which case the foregoing provisions of this section shall apply to such newly selected eligible winner). If after (10) days the winner has not replied to the email notification or does not correctly answer the skill-testing question, he/she will forfeit the prize.

Prize Conditions: The Prize winner will select the size of the engine to be awarded which will be installed within six (6) months of the Selection Date, subject to the following limitations:

• Eligible engines consist of Mercury Marine outboard engines between 2.5HP and 300HP, excluding Verado brand engines and Avator and electric engines.
• The winner must own a boat as of the end of the Giveaway Period that is suitable for the size of the engine selected. Prize will not be released unless and until the confirmed winner (or their spouse or common law partner) first shows proof (in a form acceptable to the Sponsor) of having all documentation that is legally required for ownership of a boat in accordance with the applicable laws in the province/territory in which winner resides.
• The Prize Winner and Sponsor shall work cooperatively to determine the size and suitability of the engine for the Prize Winner’s boat. In the event that the winner and Sponsor cannot agree on an appropriate engine that can be safely installed on the boat, the Sponsor’s decision on the choice of engine shall be final and binding, and the winner will forfeit the prize if he or she chooses not to accept the selected engine.
• The engine must be installed by an authorized Mercury Marine dealer mutually agreed upon by Sponsor and Prize winner. The cost of installation is included in the Prize. If the parties are unable to agree on a Mercury Marine dealer, Sponsor may disqualify the winner and select a new Prize winner.
• Once the Mercury Marine dealer has been selected and the prize has been shipped to that dealer, the Prize winner may not change the agreed upon Mercury Marine dealer.
• The Prize winner's boat must be in sufficiently satisfactory condition to be capable of safely securing and utilizing the selected engine. If Sponsor or the Mercury Marine dealer selected to install the engine reasonably believe that the Prize winner’s boat is not in sufficiently satisfactory condition (whether structurally, operationally or otherwise), or the engine is not suitable for that particular boat, the Prize winner may select a different size engine if doing so will resolve the concerns of Sponsor and/or installer; or forfeit the prize.
• The Prize winner is responsible for all transportation costs (and other incidental costs including but not limited to lodging, transportation, or expenses) to deliver and make their boat available to the selected Mercury Marine dealer installer at that dealer’s designated location.
• To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the confirmed winner of the Prize understands and acknowledges that they may not seek reimbursement or pursue any legal or equitable remedy from either the Sponsor or any of the other Indemnified Parties should the Prize fail to be fit for its purpose or is in any way unsatisfactory.

Winning entries and prizes are not transferable; no prize substitutions are allowed except by the Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute prizes with prizes of equal or greater value. Non-cash prizes cannot be redeemed for cash. The Sponsor, its affiliates and agencies are responsible only for items specifically listed as part of the Prize. All costs and expenses not specified herein relating to the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. All taxes associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.

Privacy and Consent:  By participating in the Giveaway, participants consent to the collection use, and disclosure of (a) participants personal information submitted upon entry into the Giveaway, and (b) participant name, city and province of residence, and other biographical information collectively, (“Personal Information”) by Sponsor for the purposes of administering the Giveaway, prize fulfillment, and advertising publicity, and promotional purposes in connection with the Giveaway (the “Purposes”) in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy (available at: https://www.brunswick.com/privacy-policy).

The Personal Information of participants, may be transferred to service providers who may use, store, or otherwise process such Personal Information on behalf of Sponsor outside of Canada in order to fulfill the Purposes. Where such information is outside of Canada, such information may be accessed by the regulatory authorities of that jurisdiction in accordance with the laws of such foreign jurisdiction.

Taxes & Expenses: All applicable local, state, provincial, and federal taxes, if any, will be paid by the winner. These may include income and/or sales taxes based on the retail value of the prize.

Miscellaneous: By entering in the Giveaway, each participant and anyone deemed a winner agrees to be bound by the Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final on all matters pertaining to this Giveaway including winner selection. Failure to comply with any of these Official Rules, or to return any required releases and related documentation, may result in forfeiture of a prize. Sponsor and all other Giveaway Parties are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (a) lost or late, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or unintelligible entries; (b) incorrect or inaccurate entry information; (c) problems caused by telephonic, electronic, hardware, software programs, networks, the Internet, viruses, worms, Trojan horses or computer malfunctions (or failures, errors or difficulties of any manner related to the Giveaway); (d) failed, incomplete or delayed computer transmission; (e) any condition caused by events beyond the control of Sponsor that may cause the Giveaway to be disrupted or corrupted.

By accepting the Prize, winner agrees to release Sponsor and all other Giveaway Parties from any and all liability, loss, damage, or injuries of any kind sustained in connection with their participation in the giveaway, promotion or from their acceptance, use, misuse of the Prize. Winner further acknowledges that said parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any representation or guarantee expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the Prize, including but not limited to its quality or fitness for a particular purpose and agrees to be bound by the terms of the written limited warranty, if applicable, accompanying the Prize. Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

By participating, entrants and their participating entities agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the final decisions and interpretation of these Official Rules by Sponsor. Sponsor and all other Giveaway Parties shall not have any liability for technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Giveaway. Sponsor may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Giveaway or winning a Prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said participant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway by cheating, deception, or other unfair playing practices or intending to undermine the fair operation of this Giveaway or annoy, abuse, threaten or harass Sponsor or any other participants. If for any reason this Giveaway is not able to be conducted as planned, including, but not limited to, by reason of tampering, fraud or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor which affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Giveaway, then Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, without prior individual notice, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right to revise, amend, suspend or end the Giveaway, or these Official Rules, if any portion is deemed to violate any local, state or federal regulations without liability to any participants.

Release and Limitations of Liability:

BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS GIVEAWAY, EACH ENTRANT AGREES THAT SPONSOR, INSTAGRAM, FACEBOOK, AND THEIR AFFILIATES, PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES AND AGENTS, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS, ADVERTISING OR PROMOTION AGENCIES AND LEGAL COUNSEL (COLLECTIVELY, THE “INDEMNIFIED PARTIES”), WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR, AND SHALL BE HELD HARMLESS BY EACH ENTRANT AGAINST, ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURIES, LOSSES OR DAMAGES, CLAIMS AND ACTIONS OF ANY KIND TO PERSONS, INCLUDING DEATH OR PROPERTY, RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ARISING IN ANY MANNER, FROM ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, MISUSE OR USE OF A PRIZE, ENTRY OR PARTICIPATION IN THIS GIVEAWAY OR IN ANY GIVEAWAY RELATED ACTIVITY, OR ANY CLAIMS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION OR INVASION OF PRIVACY OR MERCHANDISE DELIVERY. THE INDEMNIFIED PARTIES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF ANY PRIZE CANNOT BE AWARDED DUE TO DELAYS OR INTERRUPTIONS DUE TO ACTS OF GOD, ACTS OF WAR, NATURAL DISASTERS, WEATHER OR TERRORISM.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Rules or the rights and obligations of participants, the Sponsors or any of the other the Released Parties in connection with the Giveaway will be governed by and construed in accordance with the domestic laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other jurisdiction’s laws. The parties hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Ontario in any action to enforce (or otherwise relating to) these Rules or relating to the Giveaway.

Arbitration; Waiver of Class Action: Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Giveaway, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association and held at a AAA regional office in Chicago, Illinois; (2) the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement and all proceedings at such arbitration; and (3) judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages including attorney’s fees or any other damages, other than for entrant’s actual out-of- pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with participating in this Giveaway), and entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
