No purchase necessary to enter or to claim the prize. By entering, all participants agree to be bound by the Official Rules. Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing to be held on or about May 11, 2012, from among all eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by e-mail. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the drawing.

Eligibility:
This drawing is open only to legal U.S. residents (excluding Puerto Rico, U.S. territories and possession) age 18 years or older who enter while located within the United States. Employees of Brunswick Corporation, its divisions, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, sponsored anglers, tournaments, guides and their employees, and the immediate families of each are not eligible for this drawing. This drawing is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Rules:
The prize will be delivered to an authorized Mercury Marine dealer or boat builder of the winner's choice. Costs and/or fees for installation, rigging, accessories, etc., will be the winner's responsibility. All taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. The prize claimed will be awarded by June 30, 2012. If the prize is unclaimed, there will be a random drawing to award such prize to an alternate winner. The prize is non-transferable and no substitutions or cash redemptions will be made. Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information. Winner will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release within 10 days of notification or prize will be forfeited. By accepting the prize, winner agrees to release Sponsor, its partners, affiliates, sales representatives and their respective officers, employees, agents, and authorized dealers, including without limitation its advertising and promotion agencies from any and all liability, loss, damage, or injuries of any kind sustained in connection with their participation in the survey, promotion or from their acceptance, use, misuse of the prize. Winner further acknowledges that said parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any representation or guarantee expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the prize, including but not limited to its quality or fitness for a particular purpose and agrees to be bound by the terms of the Written Limited Warranty accompanying the prize. By accepting the prize, winner agrees to the use of their names for promotional purposes without additional compensation except where prohibited by law. Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. If the prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Winner may select any current Mercury outboard or any current Mercury MerCruiser brand inboard or sterndrive (including engine, transom and drive) as the prize with the exception of any products manufactured and sold by the Mercury Racing Division, two-stroke EFI outboards, or Sportjet engines.
