Horizon product sold directly to governmental agencies or to a governmental agency via a boatbuilder will receive a base Mercury Marine Limited Warranty of 3 years. Promotional warranties (e.g. IQC manufacturer) will be applied as specified by the terms of those special warranties. For all practical purposes, governmental agencies product registrations will be treated as a consumer warranty registration for regular and corrosion warranty. They are ineligible for MPP coverage.
